This pump is great! I own two- one for work and one for home. I can't say enough good things about it. It is not hands free but I find that because of that I can simulate my babies suckling more accurately. This makes the whole process so much more efficient. Did I mention that it is super cheap too?? I got both from eBay and after ordering some replacement parts from the bailey website I paid less than half of what a double Medela would have cost. I am very happy with my decision. If you are on a budget and willing to work through teaching yourself to pump you will like this. Ignore the haters!
I've used more expensive pumps when my older kids were babies, but i have to say that the bailey is just as good in most respects and better in other respects. Being that it is half the price of a name brand pump makes the fact that it outperforms the name brands all the more impressive! It takes a few minutes to get the hang of how this pump works but now that i'm a pro, i'm completely satisfied with my purchase.
This pump is sort of a joke that starts off ok but then becomes one of those awful goaners. So get this, it's an electric pump, but you have to use your finger to create the suction, not that it really helps because you won't feel any suction until you turn it all the way up at which point it just hurts.
